All prices shown are quoted for delivery in North America.

For deliveries in Canada, prices will be charged in Canadian dollars.

For deliveries in the U.S., the charges will be the U.S. equivalent.

For our U.S. clients you will notice that the charge on your credit Card statements is the Canadian dollar equivalent and in many cases will not be exact to the penny as the price shown on the site, due to the exchange rates that change daily with the credit card companies.

As a Canadian company all charges are billed in Canadian dollars.

For all order we transmit to the U.S. the Exchange rate applied is based on the exchange rate set out by FTD.

e.g. An arrangement shown as $100.00, for delivery in the U.S. is actually billed as $105.00 Canadian. $100.00 plus 5% exchange (exchange rate may vary).

Prices do not include applicable taxes.

In the past Italflorist.com has always included in it's prices the delivery fee of $9.99. You will notice that the prices on our products have all been reduced and no longer include a delivery charge.

While ultimately this doesn't change the value of the item purchased it no longer appears that we are over charging for similar items on the web.

At the end of your transaction you will see a charge for Delivery and Service. This charge may vary and change from time to time reflecting the actual delivery costs and fees associated with delivering the flowers and processing your order.

Our Delivery and Service fee is currently $14.99.
This charge includes both delivery and service fee. Most online floral retailers are charging over $11.00 for SERVICE FEES ALONE.
